ABOUT US

Thank you for the opportunity to introduce myself. I am Greg Waddell of Bainbridge, Georgia where I reside with my wife Dee, daughter Ashley, and son Perry. We are very active in our community. We are members of the Bainbridge Church of Christ. I am an elected city council member for the city of Bainbridge. Member of the Rotary Club, serve on the YMCA board, Co-chaired the first Relay for Life in Bainbridge.

Since 1989, I have been very active in real estate. Currently I am President of J&G Properties, Inc., Decatur Oaks Apartments, Inc., Paradise Investments, LLC, Owner of Waddell Properties, and former co-owner of DeHildren Development and Construction, Inc. as well as Waddell Realty. My companies own and manage over some one hundred rental units in south Georgia.

My focus turned to the Gulf Coast in 2001. Though born and raised in south Georgia, I am only an hour and a half drive from the coastline. This short trip has made the beaches a family tradition for nearly forty years.
